Job description

You will actively contribute to the smooth running of the point of sale by ensuring quality customer reception and a neat presentation of products.

Tasks :

• Welcome and assist customers by offering personalised service.
• Actively participate in daily operations and support the boutique team.
• Contribute to cash management and payment operations.
• Ensure the sales area is well maintained: product presentation and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Apply the internal procedures implemented by the company.

Profile

• You have previous experience in sales.
• Knowledge in the watchmaking field is a significant advantage.

Professional requirements

• You are proactive, comfortable in human relations and demonstrate flexibility.
• You are customer-oriented and have good listening skills.
• You have an excellent appearance and a keen sense of service.
• You are comfortable with administrative tasks.

Languages

• You are fluent in French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset.
