Responsibilities:
- Independent handling of projects in the field of heating and cooling systems
- Creation of technical concepts and solutions
- Preparation of planning documents, such as schematics and plans
- Calculation and dimensioning of system components
- Preparation of tenders and support in awarding contracts
- Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners, such as architects and clients
- Monitoring compliance with quality standards and regulations
- Participation in construction meetings and support in site management
- Documentation and post-calculation of projects
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in heating/cooling or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in planning heating and cooling systems
- Sound knowledge in the calculation and dimensioning of system components
- Experience in creating schematics and technical plans
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
- Confident use of planning software and MS Office programmes
