As an HR Manager / Payroll Specialist, you independently manage HR administration, salaries, and absence cases for French-speaking Switzerland. You also contribute to HR projects as well as the continuous improvement of internal processes and service quality.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire administrative cycle of employees: onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, personnel data, and absences.
- Handle absence cases for French-speaking Switzerland, in close collaboration with HR partners and various stakeholders.
- Manage the payroll process from A to Z, including social insurances, declarations, controls, and associated administrative activities.
- Ensure compliance of HR files and processes with Swiss labour law and social insurance regulations.
- Advise and support employees and management on various HR matters.
- Work closely with external partners, including insurance companies, social security funds, and authorities.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and contribute to the development and optimisation of internal processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of HR data and documentation, respecting a high level of confidentiality.
- Contribute to providing a responsive and quality HR service to the entire organisation.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with solid practical experience in payroll management and HR administration.
- Recognised HR qualification, such as an HR Assistant diploma/certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law and social insurances.
- Proven experience in absence management.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Team spirit and a collaborative mindset, with a genuine willingness to support colleagues and contribute positively to the HR function.
- Autonomy, reliability, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Good command of HR information systems and office tools.
- Minimum B1 level in English.
- Knowledge of German is an asset.
