In this role, you are the central contact person for a demanding clientele in the civil engineering and construction technology sector. You recognise the individual needs of your customers and respond to them specifically. Thanks to your solid expertise in field sales, you create real added value. You use your consulting skills to present suitable solutions and maintain sustainable customer relationships. In doing so, you contribute significantly to ensuring that your customers feel professionally supported and understood.
Responsibilities:
- You provide expert advice to our customers
- In this role, you maintain and expand the existing customer base
- As a sales consultant field service civil engineering/construction technology, you actively work the market and customer enquiries
- You follow up on project tenders and quotations
- In this role, you work closely with the internal sales teams at the St. Gallen and Winterthur locations
- As a sales consultant field service civil engineering/construction technology, you act as a problem solver and service provider for our customers
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the construction sector
You have experience in civil engineering or construction in general
You are communicative and confident in your interactions
You always act customer-oriented and see yourself as a service provider
