Senior Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 140,000Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the entire controlling and financial planning of the company
- Preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analyses to support management
- Monitoring financial performance indicators and identifying potential improvements
- Conducting cost analyses and profitability assessments
- Close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams on pricing and product strategy
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Leading and developing the controlling team
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of financial planning, cost accounting and balance sheet analysis
- Experience in leading teams and collaborating with various departments
- Strong analytical and strategic skills as well as a high affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Experience in the textile industry or e-commerce is an advantage
