Draughtsperson (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the independent handling of demanding architectural and building projects from building application to execution planning. You will take on a central role in CAD planning, 3D modelling and BIM-supported project work with a focus on Archicad. In addition to creating and coordinating project, detail and execution plans, you will be responsible for technical coordination with specialist planners, authorities and contractors. Additionally, you will provide professional training and support for apprentices in the draughtsperson EFZ profession specialising in architecture.
Responsibilities:
Independent project handling of architectural and building projects through the SIA phases from building application to execution
Creation and editing of project, building application, working and execution plans with Archicad
3D modelling and BIM planning as well as building, maintenance and further development of digital building models
Development of construction details, connection solutions and technical detail drawings for demanding building projects
Coordination and integration of specialist planning from architecture, structural engineering, building services and other disciplines
Review and approval of contractor and specialist planner plans regarding planning bases, interfaces and technical requirements
Preparation of tender documents, specifications and technical bases for awarding construction services
Plan management and quality assurance including plan control, revision management and documentation
Coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners and contractors during project planning and realisation
Application of applicable SIA standards, building regulations and legal requirements in architectural planning
Training and professional support of apprentices in the draughtsperson EFZ profession specialising in architecture including training planning and qualification support
Qualifications:
Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or architect FH with corresponding draughting basic training
At least 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland in architectural, working and execution planning
Very good Archicad skills as well as solid experience in 3D modelling and BIM, knowledge of Revit is an advantage
In-depth knowledge of detail planning, building construction and coordination of specialist planner and contractor plans
Sound knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, building regulations and approval procedures
Completed trainer course or willingness to undertake further training for the training of draughtspersons EFZ
German at native level, French skills are an advantage
