Customer Service (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• You support clients and partners throughout the lifecycle of financing files.
• You act as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and partners.
• You coordinate the different stages of files, from offer issuance to contract signing.
• You ensure the quality and administrative compliance of files.
• You provide daily support to sales teams and actively contribute to customer satisfaction.
• You respond to client requests with responsiveness and professionalism.
• You manage complex files requiring rigour, organisation, and attention to detail.
• You participate in handling insurance matters and the administrative follow-up of contracts.
• You collaborate closely with national teams.

Candidate Profile

• You have proven experience in client relations within a B2B environment, ideally in services.
• You possess excellent ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with method and precision.
• You demonstrate a strong customer orientation and excellent service skills.
• You enjoy daily interactions with diverse contacts and know how to build trustful relationships.
• You show autonomy, proactivity, and a genuine team spirit.
• You have a commercial mindset and well-developed interpersonal intelligence.
• You are fluent in French (C1), German (B2), and/or English (C1).
