About the job
The Schaffhausen Hospitals include the Cantonal Hospital, the Psychiatric Services, the Radiology and Cardiology Posthof Neuhausen practices as well as the Neurology Practice Schaffhausen Centre. With over 1,700 employees, we ensure the extended medical and nursing basic care of the Schaffhausen region. Annually, we care for about 11,000 inpatients and 90,000 outpatients. In addition, we are an important training centre in the canton.
For our heroin-assisted treatment (HeGeBe) of the psychiatric services, we are looking for a qualified nurse HF, health specialist or medical practice assistant to start immediately or by arrangement.
The HeGeBe (heroin-assisted treatment) Schaffhausen is one of 23 treatment centres in Switzerland. HeGeBe offers outpatient opioid agonist therapies and supports people with addiction disorders in improving their somatic, psychiatric and social situation, preventing infections such as HIV or hepatitis, reducing criminal offences, as well as achieving long-term abstinence from non-prescribed substances.

What You Bring to Us
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF, health specialist or medical practice assistant
- Interest in the field of addiction or psychiatry
- Sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
- Several years of professional experience
- Interest in substance use disorders
- Willingness to work split shifts, including weekends (365 days a year)
Weekdays 6:30 - 11:30 and 15:15 - 18:15 and
on weekends and public holidays 7:30 - 11:30 and 15:30 - 18:15
