We manage AMAG garages, Bodywork Centres and Used Car Centres, providing reliable and personalised service.To strengthen our team at AMAG St-Légier, we are looking for a Mechanical After-Sales Service Advisor (M/F) at 100% for a position available immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks
- Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments through to vehicle handover, while maintaining active relationships.
- Sales interface: You will work hand in hand with the sales team, acting as the link between the workshop and our customers.
- Offer expert: You will prepare offers in line with requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of vehicles, and manage workshop orders professionally.
- Mobility champion: You will create a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and passion for mobility.
Your profile
- Technical training and commercial expertise: You have completed training in automotive technology (CFC automobile maintenance mechanic or CFC automotive mechatronics technician), with strong commercial skills and several years of experience as an after-sales advisor.
- Knowledge of electric mobility: You have experience in electromobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technologies.
- After-sales service skills: You are sociable, enjoy human contact, and excel in advice and persuasion.
- IT affinity: You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers, and the use of AI tools.
- Positive mindset: You are resilient, manage stress constructively, and always maintain an optimistic attitude. Your customer orientation, technical skills and enthusiasm for the automotive sector make you the ideal candidate.
- Driving licence: You hold a valid category B driving licence.
