Your Employer
For the Swisscom Shop at Zurich main station, we are looking for two sales advisors. You will advise customers at one of the busiest locations in Switzerland, work in a well-coordinated team, and receive structured training. The employment is through Umano - with the option to subsequently transfer permanently to Swisscom.
Your Tasks
- You competently advise on the entire product and service range of Swisscom in sales
- You proactively approach customers so that even those waiting feel welcome
- You present devices and services according to the specifications from marketing and touchpoint design
- You contribute your own ideas from daily business to help shape the shop
- You check new deliveries for quality, quantity, and timing and prepare returns
- You receive repaired devices and inform about their readiness for collection
- You participate in inventories
Your Profile
- Qualification as a retail specialist EFZ or another EFZ/EBA qualification in sales or service environment
- Swiss German and German at C2 level
Impeccable character - a current criminal record extract is a prerequisite - Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the telecommunications industry
- Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
- Likeable appearance and communication skills
- Experience in retail, telecommunications, or consumer electronics is a great advantage
