Head of Purchasing D/E 80-100%
Your tasks
- Personnel and operational management of the team
- Responsibility for the strategic development of the assigned product groups
- Strategic procurement including supplier discussions, contract and price negotiations, as well as budgeting
- Monitoring target achievement and optimisation of purchasing processes
- Ensuring processes in import logistics and coordinating packaging processes
- Maintenance and management of relevant master and contract data
- Leading projects, audits and cross-departmental initiatives
- Deputising within import logistics
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in strategic and operational purchasing
- Enjoyment in leading and developing a team
- Committed, responsible and solution-oriented doer personality
- Strong flair for process optimisation and efficient workflows
- Fluent German and English negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Communicative personality with an independent and structured working style
