Business Engineer IAM (a)

The tasks and roles of Identity and Access Management (IAM) are integrated within the Access Management team as part of the Directorate of Technology and Innovation. Here, processes and technology ensure that identities have access to the right resources at the right place and at the right time.

What to expect

• Leading or participating in IAM projects (e.g. application integrations)
• Structured analysis, development and documentation of business processes in the IAM environment (e.g. order processes, recertifications)
• Management of the business role catalogue
• Prioritisation of the backlog for projects and operations
• Professional advice to internal stakeholders (e.g. application integrations, application role models)
• Communication and coordination of various internal stakeholders (e.g. application managers, specialist departments, project managers, etc.)
• Participation in the island-wide IAM strategy

What you bring

• You have a degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the IAM environment
• You have knowledge of IAM technologies, preferably NetIQ, as well as standards and best practices
• Sound knowledge in IT security and identity services
• You view IAM not only as a technical component but as a holistic discipline
• You have high motivation, enthusiasm and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration
• Your high commitment and social skills distinguish you
• You communicate openly, clearly and ensure transparency
• You work independently, structured, precisely and adhere to agreements and deadlines
