- You are responsible for the spatial specialist coordination of various technical trades and coordinate the relevant interfaces within the project team.
- You take on professional responsibility in specialist coordination and contribute to the further development and implementation of modern BIM and planning methods.
- Depending on experience and interest, you additionally take on the management of medium-sized projects with demanding technical and organisational requirements.
- You lead, support, and develop project staff and promote constructive collaboration within the team.
- You can individually shape the focus of your work between specialist coordination and project management.
- You contribute your expertise to the further development of projects, processes, and staff.
- You work closely with various specialist departments and project participants and ensure efficient coordination.
- Ideally, you have completed further training at the HF, FH level or hold a comparable professional certificate.

- Knowledge of BIM and digital planning methods is an advantage.
- Experience with Revit in the field of building services engineering is a plus.
- You are interested in holistic and integrated building services concepts.
