Injection Moulding Machine Operator (m/f/d)
Precision in the injection moulding process requires technical know-how and entrepreneurial thinking. Our Rocken partner specialises in the development and production of complex plastic parts – from consulting and toolmaking to series production and assembly. The company supplies a wide range of industries with customised solutions. - As a machine operator, you monitor the injection moulding machines and resolve malfunctions
- As a shift supervisor, you lead the staff professionally and provide raw and packaging materials
- You check the quality of the produced parts and record the results up to the packaging of the finished parts
- You document and report malfunctions and problems, monitor material supply during your shift, and are responsible for material storage
Qualifications:
- In addition to your technical basic training, you bring flair and several years of professional experience in a production company, ideally in the plastic injection moulding sector
- You are willing to work shifts, including night shifts, and demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and physical resilience
- Your German language skills are very good
