Site Manager (M/F)

To strengthen its management and supervisory capabilities, our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for its construction site department.

Do you wish to manage complex roadworks while balancing technical requirements, safety, and mobility?

• You take responsibility for the construction site department and oversee complex road projects, paying particular attention to their organisation, coordination, and impact on mobility.
• You lead a multidisciplinary team, set priorities, and support team members in managing the various challenges encountered on the sites.
• You intervene in complex cases by providing your analytical and decision-making skills.
• You identify pragmatic solutions that reconcile technical constraints, safety, and the maintenance of suitable traffic conditions.
• You ensure close coordination with various departments, project owners, and involved companies to guarantee coherent and efficient site management.
• You maintain constructive working relationships with municipalities and institutional partners.
• Your role involves uniting stakeholders with different interests and responsibilities around the project objectives.
• You contribute more broadly to the quality and successful completion of mobility projects by bringing your expertise in site management, managerial experience, and ability to anticipate territorial and traffic-related issues.

• You hold a higher education degree at Master’s level, ideally complemented by a CAS in management, or possess an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least 10 years of proven experience in managing complex works on the road network. Experience in mobility, traffic management, or coordinating urban construction sites is an asset.
• You have a strong ability to analyse complex situations and make pragmatic decisions, simultaneously considering technical constraints, safety imperatives, and traffic issues.
• Your managerial experience enables you to lead a multidisciplinary team, establish a clear framework, and support your team members in demanding situations.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including project owners, companies, municipalities, and institutional partners. A good knowledge of road traffic law and the functioning of public authorities is appreciated.
