Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge in international goods traffic? As an Export Clerk, you coordinate cross-border deliveries, support international business partners, and ensure the reliable handling of all necessary formalities.
Responsibilities:
You accompany international customer orders from recording to delivery and ensure a smooth process.
You organise goods deliveries domestically and abroad and keep an eye on agreed deadlines.
You handle customs and shipping formalities and ensure the correct provision and management of all required documents.
You check foreign trade regulations, including country-specific requirements, trade restrictions, and certificates of origin.
You support international customer concerns, resolve complaints, and coordinate special shipping requirements with the responsible partners.
You work closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure reliable information exchange.
You keep relevant system data up to date, assist with audits, and contribute to improving existing processes.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education EFZ, ideally related to foreign trade.
You bring knowledge of customs and foreign trade as well as international shipping processes.
You possess good user knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
You communicate well in German and English and impress with a customer-oriented and team-capable personality.
You are characterised by organisational talent, initiative, and a sense of responsibility and work carefully and solution-oriented even under high workload.
