Role:
In this role, you will take on a versatile task in the area of Finance & Controlling with a focus on accounts payable and reporting. You ensure that the relevant processes run efficiently and thus make a decisive contribution to smooth financial operations. You prepare and compile evaluations and reports that serve as a sound basis for management decisions. With your structured approach and your eye for numbers, you help to create transparency and make optimisation potentials visible. In this way, you actively shape how financial and operational key figures are used to steer the company’s future.
Responsibilities:
- You code and process accounts payable invoices
- In this role, you handle the invoice workflow and perform account reconciliations and adjustments in the accounts payable area
- As a Finance & Controlling clerk, you prepare and execute payment runs
- You take over expense management including checking and approval
- In this role, you manage and monitor interfaces and prepare cost centre reports
- As a Finance & Controlling clerk, you assist with monthly closings, budget preparation and apprentice supervision
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial education, ideally in finance and accounting
- You ideally have several years of experience in accounts payable
- You enjoy working with numbers and work in a structured and independent manner
- You are a team-oriented and reliable personality
- You enjoy questioning processes and making them more efficient
- You have confident German language skills and good English skills
