Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for managing construction projects in building construction
- Coordination and control of construction projects regarding costs, deadlines and quality
- Preparation of tender documents and bid comparisons
- Leadership and motivation of construction project teams
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Close collaboration with architects, planners and other project participants
- Customer support and advice throughout the entire project process
- Budget responsibility and cost control
Qualifications:
- Training in the construction trade, as a certified construction manager or certified technician HF construction
- Several years of professional experience as a construction manager in building construction
- Sound knowledge in planning and implementing construction projects
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
