Clerk / Administrative Officer (80 - 100 %)
Your tasks
- You examine and process permit applications for foreign workers from non-EU/EFTA countries
- You assess the employability of job-seeking individuals and process applications for short-time and bad weather compensation as well as other measures under the Unemployment Insurance Act (AVIG)
- You enforce the Federal Act on Commercial Travellers and process permits for Sunday, public holiday and night work. In addition, you participate in working time controls
- As a trainer, you accompany and support an apprentice commercial clerk EFZ during their training
- You advise and support companies competently on legal and general issues and act as a reliable contact person
Your profile
- You have a higher commercial or comparable education and bring proven professional experience from the private sector. Ideally, you have experience in assessing business plans and business models
- You have very good foreign language skills, especially in English
- You quickly understand economic contexts and the challenges of companies and approach our clients competently, service-oriented and confidently
- You enjoy implementing legal requirements, regulations and instructions in a practical and responsible manner
- You are characterised by high social competence, teamwork skills as well as an efficient, independent and careful way of working
- You are interested in economic and labour market policy issues and are willing to engage with them in depth
- Ideally, you already have experience as a trainer. Otherwise, you are willing to complete the corresponding further training alongside your job
