Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is part of an internationally active technology group and develops solutions for industrial automation and electrical drive technology. The range extends from pneumatic and electrical automation components to control and drive systems as well as highly precise threaded drives and linear motion solutions.

Responsibilities:
As the central contact person in payroll, you ensure correct and timely payroll processing for three companies.
From monthly accounting to year-end closing, you take over all process steps and reliably carry out the necessary reconciliations.
You handle social insurance administration and ensure correct notifications and accounting for AHV, UVG and KTG.
You administratively manage the company pension fund, coordinate relevant processes and competently advise employees on pension matters.
You support the team in absence management and various HR administration processes, ensuring smooth operations.
Time tracking, access systems and onboarding and offboarding are also part of your duties, as is collaborating on cross-departmental HR topics.
You actively contribute to system tests, process improvements and digitalisation projects, thereby helping to further develop the payroll organisation.
Qualifications:
A commercial education as well as further training in payroll, HR or social insurance form your professional foundation.
You have several years of practical experience in independent payroll processing and are familiar with the requirements of Swiss payroll.
You are well versed in AHV, UVG, KTG and other social insurance topics.
You keep an overview even during reconciliations, year-end tasks and financial matters.
Fluent German skills complete your profile.
