Role:
In this role, you actively shape the stable and efficient operation of modern cloud platforms and ensure that central services are reliably available at all times. You are responsible for monitoring, maintaining and further developing the cloud infrastructure, applying proven practices for security, scalability and automation. You analyse disruptions and performance issues, derive sustainable improvement measures and document your work in a structured manner. In addition, you work closely with other departments to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure the smooth operation of the platform. Through your structured approach and hands-on mentality, you contribute decisively to the continuous optimisation and future-proofing of the cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
You reliably manage customer systems in the Opacc Cloud Centre during ongoing operations.
In this role, you install and update systems and applications in the Opacc Cloud Centre.
You continuously monitor the system landscape and ensure stable operation.
You handle incidents in a structured manner and contribute to rapid fault resolution.
Qualifications:
- You have a solid technical education and corresponding practical experience.
- You are proficient in Windows and Linux systems.
- You enjoy direct contact with customers in the cloud environment.
- You like working in a team and convince with high problem-solving skills.
- You are willing to work evening shifts to keep systems up to date.
- You show willingness to participate in a 7x24 on-call organisation and to continuously learn.
