A Rental Manager

Your mission :

Management of a portfolio of buildings: drawing up leases, handling terminations. Contacts with owners, tenants and concierges, advertising properties on portals, conducting viewings, administrative management related to the lease contract (increase, termination, amendment), various correspondence and filing.

Your profile :

• Business degree, training in real estate or equivalent qualification
• Experience in a similar position in Switzerland and knowledge of tenancy law required
• Immobase and/or Immoplus training, an advantage
• Very good command of the French language (spoken and written), good level of English, German a plus
• Good command of IT tools, Quorum programme
• Good interpersonal skills, autonomous and organised
• Good presentation and sensitivity to the concept of customer service
• Driving licence
