Responsibilities:
Monitoring international regulations and translating them into internal guidelines
Managing business partner screening via SAP GTS
Supporting and developing global export control processes
Participating in the design of SAP GTS solutions and other IT applications
Conducting export control checks and audits at various locations
Creating training materials and conducting internal compliance training
Providing professional support to international units on export control issues
Exchanging with authorities and associations on export law topics
Qualifications:
Degree in business administration or a related field
At least five years of professional experience in export control, customs or foreign trade
Solid experience in international business partner and sanctions screening
Good knowledge of relevant export and sanctions regulations of the EU, USA, Switzerland, UK and China
Experience with SAP GTS or comparable compliance systems
Industry experience is an advantage
Confident manner in dealing with international contacts and authorities
Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
