Case Manager
Do you want to professionally support people in challenging life situations and make an important contribution to the health and work ability of employees? At Bühler, we live health management holistically, forward-looking, and transformatively. As part of our in-house medical and prevention practice on site, you actively shape internal case management. Support employees holistically and from a single source back into everyday work – a meaningful contribution to sustainable health and work ability.
This is where you will excel
- You independently support ill or injured employees from analysis to successful case closure
- You develop individual measures to promote recovery and support sustainable reintegration
- You advise managers and HR professionals on complex issues related to work ability and reintegration
- You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external partners from medicine and social insurance
- You further develop processes, standards, and key figures in case management and ensure professional documentation
These are the required skills
- Completed training in commercial, health, or social fields or psychology, supplemented by further training in case management
- Several years of experience in case management or a comparable role as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Strong advisory skills and a high understanding of labour law and medical issues
- Communicative, trustworthy personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Fluent German and good English skills as well as confident use of common MS Office applications
