On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced automation technician for the maintenance and servicing of complex industrial production systems. The company operates in an industrial environment and uses modern automation, measurement and control technology as well as networked control systems. You will take on a versatile technical role with a focus on fault rectification, commissioning and system availability.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operational readiness of automation and control systems
Systematic fault analysis and troubleshooting on complex machines and industrial plants
Carrying out commissioning and technical adjustments on production systems
Installation, maintenance and testing of measurement and control technology
Diagnosis and rectification of faults in electrical and electronic components
Working on PLC controls and industrial automation systems
Maintenance and optimisation of drive systems and automated plants
Support in the further development and technical optimisation of existing systems
Qualifications:
Completed technical training in electrical engineering, automation or electronics
Solid experience in industrial automation as well as in the installation and maintenance of systems
Good knowledge of PLC technology, industrial electronics and drive technology
Experience with measurement and control technology as well as technical fault diagnosis
Practical experience in commissioning and troubleshooting of complex industrial plants
