- Carrying out minor conversions, repairs and maintenance
- Craft work such as minor carpentry, plastering, painting or masonry tasks
- Rectifying defects in apartments, common areas and technical rooms
- Accompanying and supervising external craftsmen during major work
- Ongoing inspection and maintenance of properties
- Cleaning work in stairwells, basements, entrance areas and other common areas
- Garden work such as lawn care, pruning, maintenance of shrubs and flower beds
- Grounds maintenance as well as winter services
- Operation and simple maintenance of building technology systems
- Detecting, reporting and co-ordinating faults
- Participating in renovations as well as apartment inspections and handovers
- On-site contact person for tenants, owners and craftsmen
- Close co-operation with property management
- Co-ordination with other caretakers, internal departments and external specialist companies
- Clear feedback on completed work and identified defects
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a craft, for example as a carpenter, joiner, plasterer, bricklayer or a related profession
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in maintenance, caretaking or the construction/craft sector
- Enjoyment of a varied role on changing properties
- High degree of independence as well as a reliable, careful and structured working style
- Good team skills and communication strength in daily interaction with tenants,
- owners, colleagues and external specialists
- Good co-ordination skills in working with other caretakers and various trades
- Enjoyment in pitching in and implementing practical solutions
- Friendly and helpful demeanour
- Driving licence category B mandatory
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Basic IT user skills advantageous
- Interesting and varied activities with scope for creativity
