ISMS Officer (m/f/d)

You maintain our ISMS according to ISO 27001 including policies, procedures, and documentation
In this role, you identify, assess, treat, and monitor our cyber risks
You ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
You develop, create, and maintain policies, standards, and business continuity management
In this role, you are responsible for third-party management, internal and external audits, as well as certification processes
You prepare management reports, dashboards, and key figures and plan tabletop exercises for disaster recovery, BCM, and incident response plans
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a degree in computer science HF/FH
- You have one or more further qualifications in the cyber security field
- You are confident in handling cyber risks and common compliance frameworks such as ISO and NIST
- You bring strong analytical skills, abstraction ability, and problem-solving competence
- You enjoy working in a team and appreciate collaboration with others
- You act independently, communicate clearly, and have enthusiasm for cyber security
