Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect specialising in execution and detailed planning for demanding building projects. You translate architectural design ideas into precise, constructively thought-out and feasible solutions and accompany projects with a high design quality standard. You work with Archicad and BIM and coordinate the planning interfaces with specialist planners and contractors. The projects include various uses such as residential, commercial, educational and healthcare and take into account social, economic and ecological requirements.
Responsibilities:
Handling demanding architectural projects with a focus on execution and detailed planning
Translating design and concept ideas into technically and economically viable constructions
Creating and coordinating execution, detailed and working plans
Developing constructive solutions for building envelope, interior fittings, materialisation and technical interfaces
Model-based planning and project work with Archicad and BIM
Coordinating interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Reviewing and integrating specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans
Ensuring planning quality and compliance with Swiss building laws, standards and guidelines
Handling plan changes and technical detail questions during the realisation phase
Conducting plan and model checks and ensuring consistent project documentation
Contributing to the development of sustainable, resource-efficient and durable construction solutions
Close collaboration with project management, planning teams and contractors until construction implementation
Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture ETH/FH or comparable recognised higher education
Several years of professional experience in execution and detailed planning of demanding building projects
Solid knowledge in construction, materialisation and technically demanding detailing
Very good user knowledge of Archicad and BIM-oriented planning
Good knowledge of Swiss building legislation as well as relevant SIA standards and guidelines
Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary specialist planning and execution documents
Very good German language skills spoken and written
