What you can achieve
- You will learn how our cheese is made at the Appenzeller Show Dairy – from milk reception through production to the finished product. You will work closely with your team and gradually take on more responsibility.
- You will control, monitor and clean our highly automated production lines.
- You will carry out quality and hygiene checks and record your results precisely.
- You will take samples, analyse them and make quick decisions.
What you bring
- Secondary school or intermediate school leaving certificate with good grades in science and maths.
- Passion for cheese and a keen sense of smell and taste.
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with computer-controlled systems.
- Team spirit, communication skills, a sense of responsibility and a strong willingness to learn.
