Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF115,000 - 130,000This ROCKEN partner specialises in acquiring medium-sized companies and developing them sustainably in the long term.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing financial forecasting models for the respective DE/CH region
Responsible for providing financial analyses
Responsible for planning M&A transactions, financing, and financial due diligence
You take on internal control and risk management at the DE/CH holding level
Preparing reports and documentation is part of your duties
Responsible for financial budgeting and monitoring
Qualifications:
You have at least 10 years of extensive experience in corporate controlling in close contact with CFO, department heads and/or CEO
You have experience in M&A or transaction services and due diligence
You bring experience with functional responsibility and matrix organisation
Experience in group accounting, IFRS, preparing key figures and board documentation is a plus
Experience in an international corporation is an advantage
German at native level and fluent in English
