Do you enjoy customer contact, sales, and managing cases from A to Z? For our client based in the North Vaud region, we are looking for a dynamic and organised person to join their internal sales team in a permanent full-time position, with a start date to be agreed.
Job Description
- Advise customers on products and services suited to their needs.
- Ensure daily active telephone sales.
- Process, follow up and analyse orders from assigned customers.
- Collaborate with various internal and external contacts.
- Prepare quotes and handle various administrative tasks related to cases.
- Welcome customers and manage payments.
- Handle returns and complaints and make necessary corrections.
Profile Sought
- Training in kitchen or bakery, and/or commercial training.
- Genuine interest in sales, with a desire to develop your knowledge.
- Very good level of French; spoken and written German is a significant asset.
- Good command of IT tools: ERP, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Service-oriented and enjoys teamwork.
- Organised, rigorous and reliable personality, capable of managing priorities and seeing cases through to completion.
- Good stress resistance; ideally, residence located nearby.
