Do you want to work in a central operations team and monitor and operate modern IT, network, and security infrastructures? In this versatile role, you ensure the availability and stability of critical systems and act as an important interface between various technical teams in the event of disruptions.
In addition to classic monitoring, your responsibilities include incident management, security monitoring, and coordinating specialists. You can continuously expand your technical knowledge and engage with modern monitoring, automation, and security technologies.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and operation of IT, network, telecommunications, and technical operating systems
Recording, classifying, prioritising, and tracking incidents and events via ticketing systems
Monitoring security events and supporting the handling of security incidents
Analysing, isolating, and resolving complex disruptions in IT, network, and security environments
Coordinating field service technicians, 2nd-level specialists, and external service providers during disruptions
Continuous optimisation of monitoring and operational processes using modern automation and AI-supported tools
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, network technology, cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification
Solid technical understanding of IT and network environments
Experience with monitoring, event management, and ticketing systems
Interest in cybersecurity, automation, monitoring, and modern AI technologies
Independent, solution-oriented, and eager-to-learn personality with strong team and communication skills
Fluent German and English skills as well as willingness to work 24/7 shifts
