You have a solid foundational background in IT and application development. You enjoy sharing your ideas, your viewpoints, and your curiosity drives you to discover and transmit new methods and enrich your knowledge.

In this role, you will be able to use your creative mind to develop the skills of apprentices and interns. You will be able to rely on an interdisciplinary and close-knit team, as well as on proven support concepts.

Your open-mindedness makes you understand that difference is an asset, and obstacles are challenges. You are capable of managing atypical behaviours and helping our young learners to integrate the social skills of the professional world.

Your job in a few words: you supervise our interns and apprentices in their projects and work, stimulate their progress, and ensure educational follow-up throughout their training. You share Rafisa’s mission: aiming for integration into the primary labour market!
