Accounting Employee (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss metal construction firm that develops, plans, and realises customised solutions made of metal and glass for various construction projects.
Particularly exciting is the combination of technical planning, in-house manufacturing, and practical project implementation. Employees work interdisciplinarily on individual solutions and maintain close communication with customers, architects, planners, suppliers, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the accounts receivable and ensure reliable debt collection and dunning processes.
You actively assist with the processing of accounts payable and support the finance team in daily operations.
You prepare the quarterly VAT returns independently and on time.
You handle the issuance of bank guarantees as well as other financial administrative tasks.
You also contribute actively to correspondence and general office tasks.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
Your experience in accounts receivable and VAT returns forms the basis for this role.
You are confident and proficient with SAGE or INFONIQA, ERP systems, and common PC applications.
A structured and precise way of working is natural for you.
You convince through independence, reliability, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility.
German written and spoken fluently.
