Role:
In this role, as an ICT System Engineer, you design innovative cloud solutions and turnkey ICT infrastructures that are precisely tailored to the needs of customers. You work in an environment characterised by innovation, quality, and warmth and contribute to companies taking the next step in their digital transformation. You actively engage as a professional in a high-performance environment and support extended consulting and after-sales services with your expertise. Responsibilities:
You manage future-oriented ICT systems and apply current technologies for customers
For 2nd and 3rd level cases, you find sustainable solutions and document problem cases
You recognise customer needs early and independently optimise their ICT environments
Additionally, you take on development projects and support the presales team
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as an ICT System Engineer and a background with an ICT system service provider are important
You work independently, solution-oriented, and customer-focused and feel comfortable in an innovative team
You combine your technical know-how with a pronounced sales flair
You are proficient in written and spoken German
