On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Lausanne agency is looking for a:
Waiter/Waitress
- Previous experience as a waiter, (minimum 3 years of experience)
- AFP diploma, CFC and Federal Certificate or equivalent qualification in hospitality and catering
- Service-oriented and excellent customer relations
- Dynamic, autonomous and able to work under pressure
- Good presentation and team spirit
- Fluency in French is essential, knowledge of English is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
- Driving licence and personal vehicle required
- Take orders and pass them on to the kitchen
- Ensure fast and efficient service while guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of tables and the dining area
- Advise customers on our products and menus (knowledge of wine is a plus)
- Ensure the smooth running of the customer experience
