JOB DESCRIPTION

You play a key role in bringing projects to fruition. As a true interface between design and site, you ensure the precise translation of architectural intentions into detailed execution plans and reliable technical solutions. You work in collaboration with internal teams, design offices, and contractors to guarantee quality, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Architectural degree or equivalent (EPFL, HMONP, MPQ, Master’s..),
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in execution, ideally in a general contracting company or in execution project management,
• Excellent command of Revit (essential for the position),
• Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards (SIA, DTU, accessibility, fire safety…),
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and interact with various trades,
• Organised and rigorous, you have solid experience in preparing building permit and execution files.
• Autonomy and sense of organisation.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Develop and update execution plans and technical details using Revit,
• Ensure technical coordination with project managers and partner companies,
• Participate in site meetings and monitor work progress,
• Verify the conformity of completed work with plans and current standards,
• Propose suitable technical solutions in case of modifications or unforeseen events,
• Guarantee quality, respect of deadlines (and budgets) on your projects,
• Request building permits,
• Lead sessions with buyers and the client.
