Technical Sales Consultant Wood (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will take on a customer-oriented specialist role around wood surfaces and their professional application. You regularly visit customers and specialist partners, support with technical questions, and bring practical experience from the wood and flooring sector.
Responsibilities:
Support specialist customers in selecting and applying suitable surface solutions
Develop existing business partners and establish new contacts
Present technical products based on specific applications and requirements
Collect feedback from customer contacts and process it further with internal departments
Coordinate customer enquiries and ongoing business cases together with the internal sales team
Monitor market changes and new developments in the relevant specialist area
Represent the company at specialist events, training sessions, and industry meetings
Qualifications:
Technical training related to wood (carpenter EFZ, joiner EFZ)
Good understanding of materials, surfaces, and their processing
Enjoyment of consulting and personal customer contact
Confident appearance and persuasive communication
Independent and well-organised working style
Willingness to travel regularly
Driving licence category B
