For our client, a traditional and internationally active Swiss company in the Zurich area, we are looking for a team-oriented and flexible personality as:

Financial Accountant (m/f/d) 60-80%

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among other things:

• Independent management of the financial accounting including general and subsidiary ledgers for Louis Widmer SA
• Preparation and creation of periodic financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Review and reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Assistance with invoice validation and processing of payment transactions
• Recording and posting of supplier invoices and bank transactions
• Management of accounts receivable including monitoring of outstanding receivables and conducting dunning procedures

For this position you bring the following profile:

• Commercial qualification with additional qualification in finance and accounting
• Solid professional experience in financial accounting as well as in closing tasks
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and pivot tables
• Fluent German skills and good English skills
• Independent, careful and well-organised working style
