Are you passionate about technology? At ISS, you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) function flawlessly at all times – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

• You ensure smooth operation – In a complex major client environment, you operate and monitor technical systems reliably and strictly according to specified processes and guidelines.
• You work precisely and in compliance – During inspections, you detect deviations early and ensure that all safety, operational and quality requirements are consistently met.
• You act in a structured and responsible manner – You handle faults and defects efficiently, document them comprehensively and initiate the defined measures according to the extensive specifications.
• You master a high level of administrative complexity – You maintain comprehensive documentation, reports and evidence clearly and traceably and navigate confidently within demanding process and compliance structures.
