As a caretaker, you play a key role: you keep everything in good condition, ensure a well-maintained environment and are the first point of contact for our customers on site.

What awaits you

• You look after our properties and ensure the smooth operation of technical and infrastructural systems.
• You carry out inspection rounds, minor repairs and maintenance work and coordinate external craftsmen.
• You assist with special cleaning as well as the care of indoor and outdoor areas.
• You are the on-site contact person for customers, suppliers and users of the properties.
• You benefit from a varied activity, modern working tools and a well-coordinated team.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a caretaker, specialist in operational maintenance or have a comparable qualification.
• You have a good technical understanding and enjoy independently carrying out minor maintenance, servicing and inspection work.
• You hold a category B driving licence and are flexible in your area of deployment.
• You work reliably, independently and like to get stuck in.
• You communicate confidently in German and present yourself to customers and tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
