Responsibilities
As a Management & Executive Assistant, your main duties will include:
- Assisting management with daily administrative and organisational tasks.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, letters and emails.
- Preparing, monitoring and archiving documents related to property management.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings and business trips.
- Following up on client and supplier files.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure quality service.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Visiting properties for rent or sale.
- Preparing work orders.
- Taking and preparing minutes of condominium meetings.
- Depending on your level of training, conducting property condition reports.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Commercial training or equivalent, ideally with a specialisation in real estate.
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, property management software is an asset).
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German or English is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Discretion, rigour and a sense of priorities.
