Trust Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Role:
For a fiduciary company, we are looking on behalf of our client for reinforcement for the young, motivated team. You have completed your commercial apprenticeship, gained initial experience in fiduciary services and know: This is your world? Then we are looking exactly for you!
Responsibilities:
You assist the mandate managers in accounting, closing tasks and payroll administration
You prepare tax returns for private individuals and companies and complete them
You contribute to the invoicing of the company and coordinate with the internal accounting
You take turns with your team colleagues in managing telephone, mail and reception, thus shaping the first impression for the client
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already gained initial experience in a fiduciary company
You are open to digital solutions, appreciate paperless processes and quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes
Ideally, you already have experience with Abacus, Bexio or Dr. Tax
You are fluent in German, basic knowledge of English is an advantage
