Your new tasks

• Leadership of directly reporting home consultants
• Management of the kitchen studio
• Presence on the sales floor to actively work with employees as well as customers
• Ongoing feedback discussions, training and coaching with your employees
• Exhibition planning according to the planning concepts of the central POS design team
• Creating a frequency-oriented staff deployment

• Further development of the exhibition area you are responsible for with the help of internal analyses and ongoing exchange with branch management and buyers
• Responsibility for achieving targets in the exhibition area you manage along defined KPIs

Your profile

• Completed vocational training
• Solid experience in retail
• Range and product knowledge in the areas of furnishing, furniture and interior design
• Leadership experience in a retail environment

• Flair for beautiful living
• Further training in the retail sector
