ZurichYour Tasks
- Conducting the initial medical information and medical first consultation at the centre, triage (gatekeeping), if necessary referral to partner doctors or other institutions – under the guidance of a nursing professional.
- Nursing care, simple medical treatment, first aid in emergencies as well as application of remedies under the guidance of a nursing professional.
- Ensuring a stage-appropriate flow of information to the team, management, doctors, etc.
- Coordinating medical appointments with those of the asylum procedure.
- Documenting medical cases, including maintaining medical records and forwarding them upon discharge to the responsible authorities (administration).
Your Profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Good oral and written knowledge of the local language (at least level C1)
- Good oral knowledge of another national language or English or an asylum-relevant language (at least level B1)
- Good MS Office user skills
- No entries in the criminal (private and special private extract) and debt enforcement register
- For foreign nationals: Permit to engage in gainful employment in Switzerland (at least G permit for cross-border commuters)

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 70,000 and 90,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
