Senior System Engineer (m/f/d)

You support and further develop customers and their IT environments
You install and maintain solutions based on Windows Server/Client, Microsoft 365, VDI with Citrix, Horizon and RDS as well as Sophos Firewall
You carry out maintenance and ensure reliable IT operations
You support the service desk in 3rd-level support with complex faults
You actively participate in IT projects
Qualifications:
You have an IT qualification and several years of experience in system engineering
You possess strong analytical skills and sound expertise in the relevant technologies
You are motivated to develop professionally and personally
You work self-organised and convince through empathy and respectful interaction with colleagues and customers
You have very good German and English skills
