In this role, you will further develop the ICT infrastructure and continuously enhance it for various locations and external customers. You will commission modern ICT solutions within projects and optimise existing architectures. As a Microsoft enthusiast, you will work on the provision and scaling of new services in the cloud and on-premise. Additionally, you may take on the leadership of selected projects if desired. As an experienced system engineer, you take responsibility and actively shape the future IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
You take on system responsibility and 3rd level support for around 6,000 users and 2,000 end devices
You maintain and develop network, telephony and server environments at various locations
In IT projects, you take responsibility and accompany the introduction of new technologies
You ensure a stable and secure IT operation as well as proper maintenance of the ticketing system and CMDB
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology with relevant professional experience
Solid knowledge of Windows Server 2019+ and network technologies
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Hyper-V, Veeam or similar technologies is an advantage
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany as well as a category B driving licence.
German fluently spoken and written, good English skills and strong customer orientation
