Co-Head of Ward (a)

This is what the professional everyday life looks like

Until the retirement of the current post holder, the position will be filled as a co-leadership role, from July 2027 as sole ward management

• Assuming responsibility for planning, organisational and leadership tasks
• Responsibility for achieving performance targets on the ward
• Responsibility for ensuring nursing quality as well as implementing and guaranteeing the sustainability of Lean Hospital
• Member of the ward management committee in the sense of Shared Governance
• Working directly in nursing within a dynamic team

Competences and potential

• Basic: Diploma as a nurse (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Preferably: several years of leadership experience in an acute care facility, preferably management training in healthcare
• Very welcome: team player qualities and enthusiasm for leadership tasks, combined with an economic mindset
• Also: communicative organisational talent
• Absolutely: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital routine
