Construction Manager: Building Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsibility from start to completion: You independently lead our construction projects from the building permit to handover - making the dream of a home come true for our customers.
- Deluxe project management: You take over complete site coordination and manage scheduling and costs. You confidently lead contractors and specialist planners and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Close customer support: As a construction manager, you are also responsible for supporting the buyers. You accompany them on their journey to their dream home and are always available as a contact person.
Qualifications:
- Experience and education: You are an experienced construction manager and have completed a solid education in construction (certified construction manager, certified technician HF construction planning or equivalent qualifications).
- Negotiation skills and assertiveness: With your convincing and confident manner, you are a strong link between the client, specialist planners, and executing companies.
- Quality awareness and eloquence: Your quality standards are high and you have very good German language skills in speaking and writing to avoid misunderstandings in communication.
