Educator or Socio-Professional Master (M/F) - 60% to 80%
We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of an educator or socio-professional master to our socio-professional support management, Day Centres sector – Espace Temps.
Mission:
- support people with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders
- offer caring and supportive supervision to small groups of beneficiaries
- develop the support plan and its implementation, adapting it to the timing and specific needs of the person cared for
- participate collaboratively in the organisation and management of the workshop
- work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain achievements and develop new ones.
Profile:
- degree in Social Education/Socio-Professional Master or equivalent qualification
- training and professional experience with people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders
- dynamic person with good teamwork and interdisciplinary skills. You show initiative and are proactive
- structured and organised professional with a sense of responsibility
- good stress resistance
- holder of a driving licence
- good knowledge of common IT tools.
